Submitting multiple DataQs cases for review at the same time qualifies for discounted pricing. All cases must be submitted together and belong to the same carrier.

  • Discounted bundles (same carrier, submitted together):

  • 3 cases: $300 total ($100 per case)
  • 4 cases: $380 total ($95 per case)
  • 5 cases: $450 total ($90 per case)
  • 6+ cases: $85 per case
Filing services are provided only when the case is supported by evidence and approved for submission.
